  • 3-5 years RIBO licensed insurance experience

  • Genuine customer service focused drive
  • Strong team player

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for quoting personal lines new business inquiries from prospects calling in, or reaching out through our website/social media platforms
  • Required to promptly respond to client inquiries and provide superior customer service + advice
  • Required to survey our available insurance companies, to provide the best overall coverage + pricing solutions for each client

REQUIREMENTS:

  • RIBO Licensed

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Lines CSR/Account Executive
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Superior communication skills
  • Proficient on Applied EPIC
  • Proficient on Compu Quote
  • Familiar with the following insurer portals: Wawanesa, Intact, Aviva, RSA, Travelers, Pembridge, Unica

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical support to Producers; specifically in analyzing client needs, coverage forms, and quotations
  • Complete applications in coordination with Producers; submit eligible applications  eligible to appropriate carriers (or marketing department); following up to ensure timely receipt of policies
  • Issue certificates, policies, and endorsements
  • Verify policy accuracy and forward them to clients with appropriate correspondence
  • Process renewals in accordance to agency procedures within a minimum of 90 days
  • Process incoming mail and phone requests, responding promptly and appropriately
  • Determine reasons for cancellation requests; act to save accounts, and notify the specific Producer as necessary
  • Provide support and assistance for the development of new business
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and carriers as necessary
  • Provide consistent, accurate, and timely communication to clients through verbal and written correspondence
  • Process daily incoming mail and phone requests, responding promptly and appropriately
  • Occasionally accompany Producer to prospect or client meetings
  • Set priorities and manage work flow to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities
  • Ask for referrals from insureds to help generate new business
  • Participate in mandatory meetings
  • Interact with others effectively, through proficient oral and written communication skills
  • Provide courteous + professional problem solving and coverage analysis for clients

  • Candidates should be within a 1-hour drive to our Brampton or Vaughan office locations
